Meet Jamie

Jamie began her real estate career in Boca Grande as a paralegal, spending 15 years with a local law firm where she facilitated numerous Island closings. With a solid legal foundation, she possesses extensive expertise in contracts and transactions, coupled with an in-depth understanding of every Island neighborhood.

In 2013, she joined Gulf to Bay Sotheby’s International Realty and after four years with a top-producing team, transitioned to independent sales in 2017. Since then, Jamie has personally brokered over $160 million in transactions, consistently ranking among the top agents both within the Sotheby’s office and across Boca Grande. In 2025, she was recognized by RealTrends Verified as one of the top 335 agents in Florida by sales volume and ranked in the top 1% of agents nationwide.

Jamie holds ABR (Accredited Buyer’s Representative) and RSPS (Resort and Second-Home Property Specialist) designations, is Gold Certified with Concierge Auctions, and is an active member of the Women’s Council of REALTORS®.

A resident since 1980, Jamie is also a member of the Boca Grande Club, Useppa Island Club, and First Baptist Church of Boca Grande.
